**簡介**
呂文珍博士：現任墨爾本大學經濟管理學院管理營銷系講座教授，並擔任Asia Pacific Journal of Management主編(editor-in-chief)及Journal of World Business資深編輯(senior editor)，也是數個頂尖期刊的編輯委員。
魏立群博士：現任香港浸會大學商學院管理系教授，並擔任Journal of Management Studies副主編(associate editor)，也是數個頂尖期刊的編輯委員。
