Entegris, a global leader in advanced material science, is looking for an HR intern to assist their HR department with HR-related annual tasks and projects. It’s a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in human resources.
As an HR intern in Entegris, you’ll have the following roles:
- Coordinate Taiwan Intern Program and be HR Business Partner for all other Interns in Taiwan
- Design and implement the approach in regularly collecting and following up the work/connection progress between the Interns and their Mentors and Manager
- Participate in campus events and activities, including the recruitment process of rotation program, the interaction events planning/implementation for STEM scholarship students
- Build up the SharePoint page for Entegris Taiwan Campus Program
- Support the implementation of Entegris Taiwan training program, including soft skills training workshop, people manager training program, etc.
- Work with KSP Plant HR Manager for KSP employee annual health exam program build up.
- Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents base on the requirement.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or similar is preferred.
- Interest in Human Resource Operations
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Excellent follow-through, initiative, and attention to detail
- Requires English oral and written communication skills
