4 papers submitted by doctoral students of the Institute of Human Resource Management, including I-An Wang (王翊安), Hung-Yu Tsai (蔡泓育), Sheng-Bin Wang (王勝斌), and Li-Chun Fang (方沴淳), were accepted for presentation at the 2019 Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management. The 2019 AOM Annual Meeting will be held in Boston, USA. This year’s AOM received more submissions than ever, and the rejection rate was well over 50%. It is rare to be able to stand out among the thousands of submissions. The entire faculty and student body of the College of Management extended our congratulations to the accepted presenters.
