【管院徵才】國立中山大學管理學院公開徵求第14任院長啟事(徵件至110年9月15日下午5時前)

本院自即日起公開徵求管理學院院長，聘期自院長就任日起，至民國114(2025)年1月31日止。如果在境外的學者符合我們獎勵標準並通過審查，我們將提供額外薪資獎勵金額。

  • 候選人須具備下列資格：教授或具教授資格之學者專家。具有管理相關學術聲望或實務經驗者。依據公立專科以上學校校長教授副教授服務辦法規定，就任院長時年齡須未超過62歲。大陸地區人士，須已獲第三國國籍持第三國護照者。
  • 候選人產生方式：自行應徵。由本院專任教師三人以上連署推薦。
  • 候選人應備妥之文件：
    • 候選人基本資料表。
    • 個人詳細履歷(格式自訂)。
    • 詳細治院理念書(格式自訂)。
    • 自行應徵者須有推薦信兩封（含）以上。
    • 連署推薦者須有連署推薦書及被推薦人之同意書。

重要作業期程:
110年9月22日(三)遴選委員會與申請人意見交流。
110年9月29日(三)對管院全體教師舉辦公開座談會
110年10月6日(三)遴選委員會與候選人意見交流。

因應新冠肺炎疫情，本委員會有權參考中央流行疫情指揮中心及本校防疫小組公告之防疫標準，調整以上活動採行實體或線上或混合形式進行。

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

The College of Management of National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) has formed a Dean Selection Committee and is seeking applications for the position of Dean. The Dean’s term of office will run from Feb. 1st, 2022 to Jan. 31st, 2025. We may provide a subsidy on top of the salary to a qualified overseas professor, in accordance with our Subsidy Regulations.

  1. Candidate Qualifications:
  2. The candidate must be a Full Professor, or a scholar/expert qualified as a Full Professor.
  3. The candidate must have a distinguished academic reputation and related practical experience in the field of management.
  4. Based on the Regulations Regarding Extension of Retirement for Professors and Associate Professors as a Public School President, the age of the candidate should be less than 62 at the starting date of the appointment.
  5. Candidates from mainland China must have acquired citizenship and a passport from another country and be able to enter Taiwan with that passport.

  7. Self-application: Qualified candidates can submit applications directly. At least two recommendation letters should be included.
  8. Nominations: Nominations should be made jointly by at least three full-time faculty members in the College of Management, NSYSU. A Candidate Consent Form should be included and duly signed by the candidate.

  11. Comprehensive CV (free format).
  12. Comprehensive plan for the management of the college (free format).
  13. At least two recommendation letters for self-applicants.
  14. Nomination Letters and Candidate Consent Form for nominated candidates.

Important Dates for Candidates:

Sep. 22nd, 2021 (Wednesday): Meeting of candidates with Dean Selection Committee members.

Sep. 29th, 2021(Wednesday): Presentations to all faculties of the College of Management.

Oct. 6th, 2021(Wednesday): Second meeting of candidates with Dean Selection Committee members.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our Dean Selection Committee reserves the right to adjust the aforementioned events to physical, virtual or hybrid forms in accordance with the pandemic prevention measurements regulated by the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) and the university epidemic prevention team.
