【Background】 2022 was a turbulent year for the energy supply chain, with volatile energy and commodity prices, growing energy security concerns, supply chain delays, and the increasing need to reduce emissions and transition to clean energy to meet climate goals. In order to tackle the current and future global challenges, it is imperative that we equip the next generation with the skills and knowledge they need to understand and address energy issues. As a global leader in decarbonization, GE is committed to supporting Taiwan's transition towards cleaner and more sustainable energy. We are also willing to enable the younger generation in Taiwan and elevate their awareness of the importance of decarbonization and sustainability. 中山大學管理學院職涯發展辦公室與KKCompany共同舉辦2023 Tomorrow Lab Program 徵才說明會,現服務於KKCompany的人管所校友陳士峯居中牽線,提供給中山學生參與軟體開發人才培育計劃機會,此計劃案為期一年,分成兩個階段,綜合導師與技術主管制度,挖掘自我潛能,不斷挑戰自我為目標。
3/27 (一)早上,倫敦國王學院的吳佳煇 (Chia-Huei Wu) 教授從大西洋彼岸遠道而來,於人管所進行研究分享 "The Role of Work Design on Employee Proactivity and Personality Development"。人管所多位老師、博士生及碩士生都熱烈參與,把握直接與國際級學者互動的機會。
吳佳煇教授的研究專長包括員工主動性 (Employee Proactivity)、工作經驗與人格發展,工作設計(Work Design)與改變、及主觀幸福感等。目前擔任Journal of Management的Associate Editor,共發表 100 餘篇研究著作於國科會管理一領域的第一級期刊,如: Academy of Management Journal、Journal of Applied Psychology、Journal of Management、Personnel Psychology、Journal of Organizational Behavior等。
吳教授以「工作設計對員工主動性和人格發展的作用」為題,進行講解
而今日演講,吳教授以「工作設計對員工主動性和人格發展的作用」為題,以Whether, How, For whom三個大哉問,解構研究議題中的How, whom, why & when。
首先,從「Whether:工作設計因素是否塑造員工主動行為」出發,透過研究發現,工作設計中的Job Autonomy (工作自主性)會產生顯著影響。吳老師進一步探討,「How:工作自主性是如何影響員工主動行為」,以及「For whom:工作自主性對誰產生影響」,發現低工作自主性對於激勵高認知需求(Need for Cognition)群體的創新行為(Innovation Behavior)影響尤為顯著。
此一發現與過往研究有所不同,針對此點,吳老師回應Job Autonomy代表環境內可能有結構性的壓力或要求,在受到限制時,員工反而可能激發出innovational state (創新狀態),進而激勵該行為。
吳教授最後總結道,從a resource perspective to a necessity perspective,讓研究者能看見工作設計不只會對員工行為、態度及人格發展產生影響,亦是組織support員工自我實現的一條很好的路徑。因為我們人的一生中,有很大一部分時間都貢獻於工作。若能透過環境與工作的設計,讓人看到對自己的不同想像,相信在學術與實務上都能有所貢獻。

會後吳教授也留下來與人管所師生進行“Interactive workshop: How to study abroad and build international research connections?”。除了研究內容的討論外,吳教授也很無私的分享自身海外求學及就業的經驗,並提供許多建議及回饋給參與工作坊的師生。
回到演講主題,「Data will be the foundation」鄧經理表示,任何行銷策略應該以數據為基底,掌握且善用數據的企業能掌握行銷策略的成敗。對於數據的應用,鄧經理分享了許多科技工具及各自差異。包括:Google Analysis分析顧客行為及來源,優化廣告投放成效;SALEFORCE、INSIDER顧客分群,建立顧客旅程,引導顧客完成交易;Appier發送誘因引發消費欲望。
