The College of Management of National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) has formed a Dean Selection Committee and is seeking applications for the position of Dean. The Dean’s term of office will run from Feb. 1st, 2022 to Jan. 31st, 2025. We may provide a subsidy on top of the salary to a qualified overseas professor, in accordance with our Subsidy Regulations.
Candidate Qualifications:
The candidate must be a Full Professor, or a scholar/expert qualified as a Full Professor.
The candidate must have a distinguished academic reputation and related practical experience in the field of management.
Based on the Regulations Regarding Extension of Retirement for Professors and Associate Professors as a Public School President, the age of the candidate should be less than 62 at the starting date of the appointment.
Candidates from mainland China must have acquired citizenship and a passport from another country and be able to enter Taiwan with that passport.

Nominations: Nominations should be made jointly by at least three full-time faculty members in the College of Management, NSYSU. A Candidate Consent Form should be included and duly signed by the candidate.

緣起 為紀念本校梁定澎講座教授,中山管理評論特別發行梁定澎講座教授紀念特刊。梁定澎教授是教育部終身國家講座教授,他從美國賓州大學華頓商學院取得決策科學博士學位,並先後在美國的 University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign),Purdue University任教。於1992年,他毅然決然回國,貢獻所學給台灣,任教於國立中山大學,曾擔任所、院、校主管,並成立電子商務中心(現為智慧電子商務研究中心)。他曾利用教授休假期間到香港中文大學與城市大學擔任客座教授,也曾借調至國立政治大學擔任講座教授。梁教授先後獲得國科會傑出研究獎,教育部學術獎,及教育部終身榮譽國家講座教授,是美國資訊系統學會 (AIS) 的第一位華人 Fellow,也是第一位 AIS Leo Award 終身成就獎的獲獎人,也擔任過AIS President。梁教授推動許多資管領域的創新,他創立了PAJAIS期刊,開創PACIS,成為亞洲地區最重要的資管研討會。
其中出賽商管盃個案論劍競賽跨學程組的「同心圓」隊伍,是由兩岸高階主管經營管理碩士在職專班(CSEMBA)第9屆的魏思凱、EMBA第23屆的簡妏倩與林清煌,以及行銷傳播管理研究所的蔡秉育、杜昌正與楊淳涵所組成,由行傳所鄭安授副教授指導。參賽個案為《Jan Swartz: Steering Princess Cruises Through the COVID-19 Crisis》,探討2020嘉年華集團及公主郵輪在疫情下所面臨之困境,從中分析財務狀況,將個案分為「求生期、預備期、復航期」三個時期。團隊構思各時期的解決方案,無論是開源節流、建立防疫制度、升級並強化OCEAN系統、發展異業結盟與開拓區域市場,最後是創新獲利模式等,綜合多方分析和創新觀點讓「同心圓」摘下銀獎。
「聯盟盃個案競賽」屬暗個案競賽,即比賽當天才得知個案題目,需在有限時間內精確分析問題、擬訂解決方案、呈現具有邏輯性的簡報並展現團隊默契,對參賽隊伍是高壓考驗。此次聯盟盃個案競賽中,基於去年奪冠,中山隊伍在中華組與國際組皆有參賽資格,而兩隊皆為財管系教授王昭文指導。中山大學EMBA第23屆學員李忠軒、陳彥碩、劉力維、郭政瑋、劉佳林及陳佳緯組成「敏捷衝刺隊」,代表中華組針對個案《Zoom Video Communications: Eric Yuan's Leadership During COVID-19》,以「美麗新ZOOM世界」為題,提出ZOOM在後疫情時代維持成長的可行策略,無論是第三方軟件再開發、規劃短、中、長期方向以及企業的永續經營等,豐富且具策略性的規劃,最終榮獲最佳創新獎。
此外,聯盟盃個案競賽國際組則由第23屆學員的陳秀卿、吳忠育、蔡慧君、朱伯倫、簡銘辰、謝佰祿代表出賽,隊名為「乘風破浪隊」,個案為《Cloud Wars Go Global: How Amazon, Microsoft, Google and Alibaba Compete in Web Services》,針對時下不同的雲端服務,來探討目前全球雲端市場現況,團隊以「翻越長城的筋斗雲」創意發想為題出發,提出全球化策略思維方案,以及其他強化服務與其他企業合作,縝密且具體的方案獲得評審肯定,在競賽中拔得頭籌,迎得獎座「君子之鼎」。
